Warranty covers items only on original invoice for five years from purchase date. Items purchased on a separate invoice must have their own warranty. Warranty covers merchandise only, not labor. It is the customer's obligation to pick up all warrantied items at Kidzone Furniture when available. Customer must provide proof of purchase and proof of damage via email photo or by bringing damaged piece(s) to Kidzone Furniture. If replacement items are not readily available, Kidzone Furniture promises to get the replacement within 45 days of customer's valid claim. If the claim is not settled within said time then Kidzone Furniture promises to refund to the customer the full cost of the warranty Protection plan paid by the purchaser. Kidzone Furniture will notify customer by telephone or email when replacement(s) arrive. Kidzone Furniture will hold replacements for only 30 days after confirmation of notification. After that item the replacements must be ordered again if no longer available. This warranty is not renewable and not transferable to a third party. Trendwood Inc. has no affiliation with this program and is not liable to service this warranty.
